This 10.8kW system consists of 36 x AEG Monocrystalline panels of 300W, and a Fronius Symo 10kVa, 3-phase inverter.

Such a system produces about 18300kWh per year, yielding annual savings of €3900.

The aesthetic image of the final result is very often an important factor in product selection. For this project, the owner set as the guideline that the roof had an all-black resulting appearance. The panels were custom-ordered so as to be Full-Black to fit the already existing black tiles. Any color and shape variation can be custom-made and ordered, however with an additional charge and longer delivery times.

The Net-Metering billing method is a mechanism that debits the amount of energy produced by the solar system and not used directly onto the household, for future use. For 1-phase households, the maximum size allowed to be installed is 4.16 kW, whereas for 3-phase households this limit is 10 kW.
